Job Description

DeltaTrak, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager who can sell integrated management information solutions which are customized to monitor and track temperature sensitive products. The successful candidate will be challenged to grow the revenues from an existing portfolio and through the prequalified leads our solution offering generates. The qualified candidates must possess a strong independent work ethic and the ability to develop strategic sales plans for pharmaceutical and biotech firms, blood and plasma organizations, public health departments and hospitals.


The candidates we are looking for should have a

  • Bachelor's degree in business 
  • A 5-year track record of successfully selling solutions into the life science (pharma, bio, hospital) supply chain and clinical laboratories. 
  • The self-starter must be able demonstrate excellent communication skills, solid organizational skills and strong time management skills. 
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
  • Strong skill set using a CRM platform
  • This assignment requires a sales manager to typically travel about 50% and make face to face presentation with senior level decision makers.
