Job Description



SUMMARY



As a team member of the marketing team, the Website Experience Developer will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing all web page experiences. Reporting into Director of Digital Marketing, you will help to support all bank line of business needs on our web properties. Focusing on continuous improvement for customer experience, this role will collaborate with multiple teams including marketing, brand agency, retail and operations to identify and execute various web content/design needs.



Our focus is to provide a holistic, personalized, and relevant experience to our customers/visitors who choose to engage with our website.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

Create & update landing pages, content, and creative within our CMS platform(s).

Manage a continuous effort to provide an engaging, personalized, and relevant experience on all web properties, utilizing Marketing Tech stack (including SF Marketing Cloud)

Collaborate with Director of Digital Marketing to observe digital marketing best practices, including SEO, UX, testing, personalization, conversion optimization, etc.

Work with stakeholders from marketing and business teams across the organization to prioritize the creation of new or updated web landing pages, and content to support initiatives, campaigns, and ad-hoc customer experiences.

Manage a content publishing calendar and monitor the progress of projects to successfully launch required web assets on time.

Content tagging using platforms such as Google Analytics, Tealium or other enterprise-level tracking applications.

Develop key indicators and provide reports from Google Web Analytics and recommend improvements to the site experience.

Ensure that all content adheres to company brand guidelines, localization requirements, and adheres to SEO best practices.



ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Completes all required compliance exams on a yearly basis.

Adherence to all First United Policies and Procedures.

Dresses Professionally.



EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and Work Experience

BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, Business, or related experience preferred.

3+ years of experience in website design, development, and production.

Experience in high-performance agile environment.

Experience working cross-functionally, especially with creative, marketing, and product teams.

Experience with SalesForce Marketing cloud - CloudPages a plus.

Experience in multi-channel financial industry is a plus.



Technical/Functional Competencies

Must be proficient with HTML/CSS, SCSS, Javascript, and Adobe Photoshop.

Proven experience working with Drupal. (Joomla or Wordpress may qualify)

Customizations to Drupal stack a plus.

Experience using front-end responsive frameworks, such as: Foundation 6+, Bootstrap

Understanding and experience integrating usage of REST API to create or enhance customer experience.

Understand the end-to-end customer journey and basic elements of content analytics

Experience working within an Agile environment; Kanban board, Scrum

Experience using Git repository. (basic push/fork)

Strong collaborator and comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders to drive success.

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to adapt to changing technology and processes.
