Lead Extrusion Setter

A global industrial manufacturer, is looking to recruit an experienced Lead Extrusion Setter due to growth within the business.

In the role of Lead Extrusion Setter you will be responsible for:

Maintaining production plan, daily production and KPI targets
Setting machines
Fault Identification, Diagnosis and Rectification
Identify and be actively involved with Continuous Improvement initiatives
Monitor scrap levels and ensure maximised efficiency of production lines
Carry out first off checks for finished and dimensional correctness on jobs set
Ensure required quality standards are adhered at all timesSkills/Experience/Knowledge required to be successful:

Hands on experience of Plastic Extrusion machinery setting and operating
Ability to operate and set up all ancillary equipment
Lean Manufacturing / 5s
Quality inspection
Trouble shooting
Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications On Offer -

Hours of Work: 3 shift weekly rotating (Monday to Friday) as follows:

Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00, Week 2: 22:00 - 06:00 Week 3: 14:00 - 22:00
