A client of mine who has tripled in size in the last 20 years is looking to recruit talented Business to Business Sales Consultants. They have had an outstanding start to 2019 and are on the lookout for experienced Business Development Consultants to join their ever-growing sales team, selling services that add real value to our prospective clients.

With a fun, and lively atmosphere with many incentives on offer, such as uncapped commission, weekends away, 1pm finish on a Friday and much more, this would suit candidates who are money hungry and eager to work hard, focusing on achieving KPI's and hitting targets.

This is an extremely varied role in which you'll liaise with a variety of potential external clients from a wide range of sectors within the SME market. You'll love speaking to people on the phone, can build rapport quickly, be flexible in your approach to influencing, and build and maintain an extensive knowledge across a highly competitive market landscape.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable B2B Outbound Telesales/Lead Generation experience, along with a structured approach including strong objection handling skills.

You will be an excellent communicator with a flawless telephone manner, have strong influencing skills and be a team player with the ability to shine as an individual.
