Clarence Court Customer Service Executive

This is an excellent opportunity to join a great team as a Clarence Court Customer Service Executive. The business supplies 5* hotels, high end restaurants, the finest delicatessens’ and independent luxury food retailers in London.

Key Tasks:

Obtaining and processing all orders via standing order, telephone and email
Inputting orders to be processed
Assisting with customer queries both new and existing
Managing customers in terms of chasing orders, updating progress of orders
Understanding the customers individual requirements
Chasing up payment if the customer falls behind
The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months customer service experience in Hospitality, telesales or retail with a can do attitude.

This is a customer focused environment that requires a confident social interaction with people.
