Marketing Executive

EllisKnight is working with a fantastic Oxford based business who are well respected by their customer base as well as by their staff!

The offices are bright and modern, the working environment is exceptionally friendly, but of course, it does get very busy so you must be adept at working under pressure!

Key responsibilities

• Work with the Marketing Manager to understand the needs of the individual properties

• Contribute to and execute marketing strategy to drive both long and short-term tenancies for the student property portfolio

• Manage end to end campaign delivery of marketing campaign activity across social, email, print, web, PR, local advertising and website

• Work closely with the Online Marketing Managers to ensure consistency of messages

• Regularly update client on campaigns performance

• Attend client marketing meetings where necessary

• Act as brand guardian for all CRM campaigns, ensuring that all customer facing materials meet exacting standards and produce outstanding ROI

• Support the Marketing Manager in the preparation and delivery of proposals, sales presentations, exhibitions and events

• Ensure property web pages are up to date with correct content and imagery

Previous Experience/Qualifications

Proven marketing campaign experience

Agency and supplier management

Experience within property or hospitality would be ideal
