To be responsible for developing a proactive plan to ensure our clients are aware of when hardware and software asset maintenance expires and communicating with them the cost and options around renewing maintenance.
To be responsible for securing maintenance renewal quotes from our manufacturers and distributors.
To work closely with our Client Managers in order to develop a plan around Company's renewals which represent a significant portion of overall company revenue.
Skill to be developed:
- Understand Company's go to market strategy and areas of expertise
- Work with manufacturer and distributor sales reps in selling business value to various levels within an organization
- Position Company's services offerings upon renewal to drive business value in Company's accounts
- Understand the virtual/cloud data center technology roadmap and alignment to market orientation and future opportunities
- Understand the customer's business domains to deliver innovative solutions that directly impacts the customer's business
- Develop relationships with key personnel at manufacturer companies to create additional demand for Company's capabilities
