Senior Sous Chef / Head Chef REQUIRED

My client based in Little Canfield, Essex is looking for a Senior Sous or Head Chef to run and manage their Gastro Pub Kitchen.

The pub has been taken over and the new owner as great plans for the establishment.

As the Head Chef you will undertake the following duties:

* Designing Menus

* Purchasing Fresh Produce

* Developing New Dishes

* Training the Kitchen Staff

* Ordering Kitchen Equipment

This role is paid at £14 per hour min with min 40 hrs per week, however more hours are on offer.

This can be a live in role too.
