University Careers - Employer Enquiries Coordinator

Main Duties and Responsibilities


 Diagnose employer enquiries and advise them how to make the most of Careers services or refer if needed.

 Answer a wide range of questions from employers, service providers, students, alumni and the general public, by phone and email, referring them to relevant services.

 Market services to students and employers using Careers marketing guidelines and procedures. Including targeted emails, social media and printed material.

 Draft and review various marketing material for print and digital media.

Teamwork and motivation

 Play a key role within the Employer Engagement Team.

 Proactively troubleshoot any issues relating to employer enquires and the Careers vacancy board.

 Be an active member of various limited life working groups when required.

 Assist in the delivery of various events throughout the academic year.

Liaison and networking

 Identify and pass on leads for engagement to other members of the Employer Engagement Team promptly.

 Report trends in vacancy advertising and employer enquiries internally.

 Use web research and social media to source additional vacancies.

 Liaise with other members of staff to ensure the best possible service to all stakeholders.
