Overview



We are have been investing in resources and creating new opportunities within

the organization, therefore we have current openings for a Regional Sales

Manager, UC Enterprise.



The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for building, developing and

maintaining the Microsoft & Zoom relationships in the assigned region and will

be measured primarily on the resulting revenue. Crestron is looking for someone

who has experience growing revenues through a strategic Microsoft or Zoom

Partnership role.



This role will cover our Mountain States region; candidate must be located in

one of the following locations: Seattle, San Francisco, Denver, Portland or

Salt Lake City.



Responsibilities

* Drive Crestron solution sales via networking and personal connections

within Microsoft and Zoom -- as well as within our Partners Ecosystem

* Generate net-new enterprise sales opportunities through the Microsoft

and/or Zoom sales relationships within assigned region across the

Microsoft Enterprise and SMC sales teams

* Support Crestron field sellers where needed with pipeline creation, deal

support & demand generation activities such as local events at Zoom or

Microsoft and their partner locations

* Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas and activities

goals

* Own the shared pipeline and sales opportunity management with Microsoft &

Zoom; use Partner Sales Connect and the Partner Business Plan with all

Microsoft & Zoom sales teams in assigned region

* Maximize all investment funding vehicles available from Microsoft & Zoom



Qualifications

* Experience and contacts within Microsoft and/or Zoom

* Proven track record in growing revenues through a Microsoft or Zoom

partnership

* Experienced in developing and managing strategic partnerships

* Strong project and program management skills

* Be able to overcome field sales challenges and evangelize the Creston

value at all levels of Microsoft

* 5+ Years in the Zoom or Microsoft Ecosystem Microsoft Direct, SI, o

ISV Experience

* Ability to Travel 50% + of the time for Microsoft & Zoom Events,

Meetings, and Trainings

* Excellent Presentation Skills Virtual and In-Person

* Ability to Interface well with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership



Knowledge/Education

* Deep Understanding of Microsoft & Zoom Product Offerings, Microsoft

Teams, Zoom, and Microsoft Azure IoT

* Bachelor s Degree Preferred
