We are currently working on a really exciting Dual Site Centre Manager position near Glasgow, Scotland. This is the opportunity to work with a key UK managing agent at 2 bustling centres. Both centres are prominent within their prospective towns and have loyal local demographics. This is a fantastic chance for a current Operations or Centre Manager to take a step up in their career into a multisite role.

The role:

Manage, market and operate the Centre to the very highest of professional standards.
Conceive and implement placemaking events
Develop strong relationships with all Tenants.
Be the 'face' of the Centre within the local community and to develop strong community links.
Ensure that the Centre is maintained to an excellent standard and contractors are carrying out their work to an appropriate standard.
Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with the local business community, council/government authorities and any other local organisation that may assist with the future development of the centre.You

Experience in Centre Management
Experience in the management of security, cleaning and maintenance staff.
Experience in preparing and managing budgets.
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative and be adaptable without ongoing direct supervision.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to effectively communicate with staff, the public and potential customer groups at all levels.
