We are looking to recruit a Toolmaker for our client based in Huddersfield

Ideally an apprentice-trained toolmaker but this is not essential should the candidate be able to prove knowledge of this industry.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the business.

We are looking for an experienced toolmaker to join the team based in Huddersfield.

We expect the ability to work within a team using initiative and an understanding of toolmaking practices would be within the capabilities of the individual.

They have a full order book and would be able to start the right person immediately.

Duties would include any or all of the following depending on current skill levels:

General toolmaking, fitting on new tools and modifications/repairs

CNC EDM, wire erosion and rapid hole EDM

Cylindrical and surface grinding

CNC/ conventional milling

CNC turning

In return you'll receive 

Full time role 

£26,000 - 30,000 per annum DOE 

Lots of overtime
