Minutes from Ealing Broadway Station is an outstanding Primary School seeking a Learning Support Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) in a learning environment or working in a similar role such as counselling or therapist. You will offer the student therapeutic support and academic support, you will work alongside the schools Learning Mentor and SENDCO.

The school has lovely light and airy classrooms, a glass fronted library, a roof- top playground, growing spaces, sports facilities and the latest ICT equipment.

To apply you must;

•Have experience with Mental Health or Social and Emotional Needs
•Knowledge of the National Curriculum
•Outstanding team work
•Positive relationships with children
•Creative and flexible approach to teaching
•Excellent behaviour management
•A high regard for inclusion and equality
• Flexible and pro-active

As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00
