Finishing Manager

Property & Construction jobs >> Skilled Trade

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a very strong background in large scale luxury residential projects. My client is one of the UK`s largest and most successful property developers with a proven track record in delivering some of the UK's most prestigious housing developments. They have been going for over 40 years and have a turnover of £3 billion employing over 2500 people. The project is one of their most high profile and is a very long-term project of over 5 years.

You will be responsible for all the Finishing Works on the project, this will involve all aspects of getting projects handed over. You will be responsible for the management of all the finishing trade sub-contractors (painting and decorating, tiling, dry lining, plastering, 2nd fix carpentry works etc) and personnel on site to ensure successful completion of the project on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

This role comes with an attractive salary and package with a very lucrative bonus scheme for the right candidate. This role is a permanent role and is immediately available. This position is only open to candidates with a current right to work in the UK and from a strong permanent background rather than freelance.

This client also provides great opportunities for developing its internal staff. Many of the project directors and MD's have come through their own training system.

It's a great opportunity to work on an amazing project with a real chance of career progression
