Show Suite Interior Designer and Project Manager
Newly created role available to work 3 or 4 days per week (potential for full time for the right applicant), with some flexibility around working hours.

The Role – Show Suite Interior Designer and Project Manager
Reporting to the Partner and the Sales and Marketing Director, you’ll predominantly be working from our prestigious offices located in Congleton, creating aspirational interiors for our range of elegant 1, 2 and 3 bedroom show apartments, specifying, sourcing and managing all interior design requirements for show suites, sales office apartments and marketing suite launches for all developments.
This is a key position where you’ll be ensuring show homes and sales offices are opened on time and within budget whilst playing a hands-on role during fitouts, therefore adaptability to work flexible hours and long-days will be required during the new building launches.
Your duties will include, although will not be limited to:
* Creating a suite of show apartments that appeal to a range of tastes within our target audience and reflect our brand positioning
* Creating and managing mood boards / samples specifications for each show home and communal areas per development
* Liaising with the Buying Team to ensure all items have been ordered correctly and will be delivered on time, along with processing ad hoc orders yourself
* Managing and collaborating with a small team of colleagues
* Cross checking all marketing suite deliveries to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately
* Ensuring furniture stock system and storage units are maintained and tidy
* Managing and maintaining “look books” for each show apartment and sales office apartments
* Providing ad hoc support to the Sales and Marketing Team as required
Our Requirements – Show Suite Interior Designer and Project Manager
* Proven experience gained in a similar interior design role, ideally with a background in hotels, hospitality, or property development
* A creative flair, with an eye for detail
* Superb project management skills
* An open, proactive and collaborative attitude
* Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills
* Flexible approach to fit in with the demands of the business
* Fully conversant with Microsoft Office
The Package
As Show Suite Interior Designer and Project Manager, you’ll benefit from:
* Full time salary in the region of £35,000 to £40,000, pro rata if part time
* Car allowance
* 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata
* Health cover for yourself and your family

* 6% employer pension contributions
You’ll be employed on a permanent contract, working either 3 or 4 days per week (potential for full time if preferred, for the right applicant). A certain amount of flexibility is available with start and finish times and with which days worked, although building launch deadlines will need to be prioritised, and there will be occasional pre-planned long days on site required.
