Quality and Compliance Manager
Jackson Fire and Security is rapidly expanding operations across the UK, making now an exciting time to join a company which benefits from constant demand for its fire and security solutions. We work in a wide range of sectors including education, social housing, property management and retail, offering a wide range of solutions from basic fire extinguishers through to large commercial installations.
The Package
* A starting salary of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, plus bonuses that will enable you to achieve on target earnings (OTE) of £40,000 per annum
* Up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, level based on service
* Additional day off for your birthday
The Role – Quality and Compliance Manager
As Quality and Compliance Manager you will be responsible for managing compliance to both our operations manual and our third-party accreditations across our branch network.
Your duties will include, although will not be limited to:
* Taking responsibility for ensuring and maintaining our NSI Gold standard across the group, including reviewing and updating the current quality management system in line with ISO9001
* Preparing for audits with our accrediting bodies including collating required documentation, as well as managing the internal auditing schedule in line with NSI requirements
* Assisting with the preparation and implementation of an operations manual which will include all the relevant processes and paperwork our branches must adhere to
* Ensuring branch monthly data is collated and reported on to ensure compliance
You’ll be employed on a permanent contract working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday from our head office in Mold, North Wales, keeping in contact with branches across the UK via Microsoft Teams. Flexibility will be required to support the needs of the business.
Our Requirements – Quality and Compliance Manager
* Proven experience within quality assurance and compliance
* Strong administration skills
* Excellent communication skills
* IT literate, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Self-motivated with the ability to work to set deadlines
Although not essential, experience within the fire and security industry would be advantageous.
Due to the nature of the business, successful applicants will be subject to a satisfactory BS7858:2019 screening and enhanced DBS check.
