Ian Williams seek a temporary, driven and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to continue to successfully deliver a painting & refurbishment project within residential properties covering the Hammersmith and Fulham area. You will be providing invaluable support to our long-term upgrading project and will be required to see this through to its current completion date; end of March.

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the first point of contact to residents and our directly employed site teams / contractors arranging access to premises in order to complete vital upgrade works with minimum disruption.

You’ll be a crucial part of the team responsible for communicating internally and externally the progress of works and supported by an operational team of contract managers and a branch manager in order to help you succeed.

The Resident Liaison Officer role :

Ensure residents are kept informed of the progress of the works being carried out and advise them of changes to works via letters, face to face visits and telephone calls. 

Proactively resolve problems and complaints regarding the works by liaising with all parties involved, always bearing in mind the contract deliverables.

Maintain good relationships with residents and a high level of client satisfaction and customer care to ensure a smooth uninterrupted workflow.

Maintain records on our and the client’s IT systems to produce and add to reports detailing customer satisfaction and progress levels for the contract

What will you bring as a Resident Liaison Officer?

Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to be direct and firm when required

Experience or being a Resident Liaison Officer for a property services contractor is preferred however, similar backgrounds with transferrable skills are welcomed

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and react quickly to issues as they arise whilst seeing them through to completion/resolution.
