The Production Support Analyst, People Systems is responsible for Tier I to Tier II support of HR technology, including Workday, Greenhouse, and various other tools. The Production Support Analyst will triage support requests, administer system access, and resolve system issues. This role requires knowledge of HR business processes, along with excellent technical and problem-solving abilities.



Triage, route and manage support requests in ticket tracking system based on impact and urgency


Troubleshoot problems, test solutions, and work with the business to resolve issues in functional configuration, including Benefits, Time & Absence, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, Payroll, and Advanced Reporting


Administer user access and security permissions


Build and modify custom reports as required for business users and leadership


Leverage business knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvements


Assist in resolving user how-to questions and develop relevant job aids/training/communications


Support bi-annual Workday releases, including impact assessment and regression testing


Perform regular system maintenance, including year-end activities


Act with speed, while balancing quality and compliance



1+ years of functional Workday or HRIS experience


Knowledge of HR, Payroll & Benefits processes


Highly developed problem solving and analytical abilities


Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills


Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
