The Role



You have one job: Revenue. Lets be honest, a lot goes into that.



Reporting to our VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for building and running a marketing team that is focused building a pipeline of future Searchspring customers who ultimately become Searchspring fans for life.



You and the team will drive demand for Searchspring through multiple inbound channels: paid, content, social media, email, influencer, site optimization, and new approaches we havent yet dreamed up.



You will also be responsible for developing demand through the Searchspring partner channel in coordination with the Searchspring partner team.



What does that look like in the day to day?



* Lead, coach, and expand a team of high performing demand generation marketers.

* Collaborate with your teammates in brand, outbound, customer success, partnerships, sales, finance, and product.

* Ideate and ship different and remarkable campaigns to drive direct pipeline and revenue.

* Scale the Searchspring partner channel to engage partners and drive partner revenue.

* Pitch and manage campaign budgets to continually optimize the inbound mix.

* Watch, report, and act on inbound and partner KPIs to ensure that were moving quickly to lean into whats working and move away from whats not.



Requirements



* Were looking for someone who is scrappy, likes placing big bets, and moves fast.

* You must be creative and willing to try something new.

* You have experience leading and managing a team of marketers.

* You are analytical and curious, always eyeing the numbers to find improvements.

* You have a strong understanding of full funnel marketing strategies and tactics.

* You believe that marketing is responsible for revenue.

* You can harness your creativity with your organizational skills and ability to manage a lot of different people and projects in parallel.

* Preferred 7+ Years of experience in SaaS marketing with a focus on Demand Generation.

* Ideally, you bring solid ecommerce experience.



While our teams are currently distributed in adherence to state and local guidelines, this role will be based in our San Antonio, TX office.
