Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Engineer – Electronics Avionics!
Location: Marlow

Are you an expert in electronics and avionics manufacturing, ready to make a significant impact? We’re seeking a driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team, supporting supply chain and operations to meet on-time delivery (OTD) targets while driving productivity improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

* PCB Testing & Fault Finding: Troubleshoot, repair, and test PCBs, ensuring component tolerance and failure modes are understood.

* Process Improvement: Implement manufacturing controls to enhance efficiency across electronic products.

* Drawings & Models Oversight: Manage electronic manufacturing drawings and models, ensuring consistency across shop floors and suppliers.

* Cost & Productivity Optimization: Own unit cost models, suggest improvements, and streamline legacy processes.

* Supplier Collaboration: Support PCB testing, component specifications, and source alternative parts for obsolescence.

Your Expertise:

* Strong understanding of RF circuits & antenna communication electronics

* Skilled in C++ programming and Matlab

* Experienced in PCB design and manufacturing optimization

* A problem solver, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities

Qualifications:

* BSc (Hons) or MSc in Electronics Engineering, Avionics, or RF

* Chartered Engineer or working towards

* Manufacturing simulation experience
