Welder Fabricator

The Company

A leading engineering company who specialist in the design, manufacture and installation of special purpose machinery.

The Role

This role will require an experience Welder Fabricator to lay out and fabricate primarily stainelss steel assemblies and weldments. Ranging from small components to large complex parts.

The work will include the following:

Tig Welding Stainless Steel between 2mm and 5mm into a wide range of structures,

Checking dimensions and thicknesses

Reading engineering drawings

Reading, understanding and implementing Risk Assessments and Method Statements

Operating tools and machinery and welding equipment

Cutting and grinding metal

The Candidate

To apply for this role, you must

1. Fabricator welder apprenticeship or equivalent

2. Experience of Tig Welding

3. Able to read engineering drawings

4. Experience of use of lifting equipment

5. MiG welding experience - Desireable.
