The Role:
Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: Alcester
Contract: Full-time or part-time (to be discussed)
Start Date: Immediate or by arrangementWhat We’re Looking For:
A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
Experience working with children in a school setting.
A positive, proactive, and patient approach to supporting pupils’ learning and development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.Key Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils in small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring pupils remain engaged.
Contributing to the school’s warm and welcoming ethos.The School Offers:
