Reception Teacher - Margate

Full-time/part-time - MPS/UPS per day - January 2025 start

If you are passionate about helping children fall in love with learning and helping them value education, then this might be the role for you.

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Reception Teacher to take on responsibilities for a Reception class at an Ofsted Outstanding school in Margate. It is a full-time position but could offer part-time for the right candidate.

The school is accessible via public transport.

The Role

Planning and delivering the Primary Curriculum in Reception.
Responsibility for ensuring your cohort is supported and challenged appropriately with the work set.
Managing behaviour within the classroom effectively
Liaising with Parents/Guardians on the progress and/or potential development areas of studentsRequirements

Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK
Experience teaching the UK Primary Curriculum KS1 and time as a Reception Teacher would be highly desirable but not essential.
Hold an enhanced DBS (DBS on the update service is highly desirable)
Have right to work in the UK
