Industrial Temporaries are recruiting for a Baking Assistant on behalf of an extremely well-established client based in Warwick. The company is focused on the production and distribution of Freshly made cakes and bakery goods. There are strong values within the business that has a philosophy of care, responsibility and compliance in everything they do. A positive work attitude is more important than experience for this role.

Day to Day Duties:

* Weighing of product and ingredients.

* Mixing of product.

* Depositing.

* Baking (preparing fresh cakes, using all relevent equipment).

* Lifitng of ingredients (Flour, sugar, ect).

* Moving stock in and aorund the area.

* Aiding other departments if required.

The ideal candidate:

* Can do attitude.

* Able to work well independently & in a team.

* Willing to Learn (If lack of experince).

* Physically fit.

* Excellent communication skills.

HOURS OF WORK: Working hours will be form 0600am to 1500pm.

DAYS OF WORK: Monday to Friday, No weekends or Bank holidays!!

Pay Rate: Hourly pay rate will range from £13.25 to £14.50 depending on relevant experince.
