Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities and drive growth.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and guidelines.
Adhere to internal processes and procedures.
Perform all duties with due diligence and attention to detail.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.Key Skills:

Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in an insurance-related role.
Cert CII qualified or equivalent (preferred).
