Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Pay Rate: £88.15 per day
Location: Stourbridge
Hours: 8.30am – 3.30pm

What We’re Looking for in a Teaching Assistant:

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting, ideally those with special educational needs (SEN)
A patient, caring, and child-centred approach that creates a positive and engaging learning environment
Ability to work well within a team, bringing positivity and a solution-focused mindset to every situation 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting students aged 2 to 19 with a diverse range of needs, including PMLD, autism, and cognition and learning difficulties.
Assisting the teacher with lesson delivery, helping to tailor learning experiences that meet individual needs.
Encouraging students to engage in classroom activities and promoting their emotional and social development.
Helping students build confidence, self-esteem, and a love of learning in a nurturing environment.
