Are you an experienced Contentious Probate Lawyer/FILEX looking for your next challenge?

MFK Recruitment are lucky enough to be working with a major regional law firm whose Contentious Probate team specializes in handling complex and high-stakes inheritance disputes, delivering expert advice and strategic solutions to clients in sensitive and often emotionally challenging situations.

We are looking for a talented and motivated Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their growing team and help them continue to deliver outstanding results.

What is the role?

Handle a diverse caseload, including disputes related to contentious probate, property litigation, contract issues, debt recovery, boundary disputes, and landlord-tenant matters

*

Represent both individual and corporate clients, acting for claimants as well as defendants

*

Manage a wide range of legal challenges across different areas of dispute resolution

*

Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide bespoke solutions to resolve disputes efficiently.

*

Develop strong relationships with clients, providing consistent updates and exceptional client care throughout the legal process.

What are we looking for?

*

A clean driver’s license is required, with the ability to travel between offices for client meetings when necessary

*

A qualified Solicitor or FILEX with a minimum of 2 years' fee-earning experience in Contentious Probate, covering both Residential and Commercial matters
