Connect2SocialWork are looking for a Community Occupational Therapist for the County Supported Living and Residential Team to cover until March 31st 2025.

About the Role and Team:

The Community Services Team are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team. The role will involve completing OT assessments for people discharged to short term beds from the acute hospital, to facilitate a timely return home.

Experience Required:

Complex moving and handling.
Good understanding of Community Equipment.
Good understanding of environmental adaptations.
Independent working.

Current registration with HCPC is essential.

Current UK Driving Licence and access to a car.

Hourly Rate: Up to £32ph (depending on experience)
