Salary: £32,000 + Service Charge

What's involved?

As the new Chef de Partie, you will work as part of a large culinary team headed up by an incredibility talented Head chef. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to the Members and Guests and cooking food to a high level on a consistent basis in line with current menu specifications. You will be confident in accepting & checking the quality of ingredients from agreed suppliers. Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role.
