Job status: Salaried Full Time

Position Title: Sr. Analyst, Sales Reporting

Job Summary: The Sr. Analyst Sales Reporting will be responsible for

supporting the Infusion and Dispensing capital sales teams. This

includes support for reporting, pipeline analysis, training and

management of the key systems that the MMS sales team uses to manage

pipeline and proposals including support to maintain accurate sales

territory information.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the onboarding and offboarding of Sales users for key

platforms that includes but is not limited to ******, SAP CRM, CPQ and


* Train new users and actively respond to requests from existing

users to troubleshoot issues.

* Maintain system user roles and profiles to ensure appropriate

access to accounts, opportunities, and key functionality

* Actively manage the opportunity alignment process to support

effective sales reporting for pipeline.

* Create and maintain basic user training.

* Support Field trainers with onboarding of new users.

* Develop a checklist for each sales role of what s needed to be

successful day 1 to day 366 from a sales tool and reporting

perspective and create training plan to support adoption and

consistent use of tools.

* Support testing for key changes to systems or processes.

Support key sales reporting activities.

* Pipeline reports

* Win/Loss Reporting including additional analysis on key wins and


* Monthly Deep Dive support

Support key sales customer activities.

* Customer proposals ( bot support, visualization of product

offering, project management for large proposals that require

multiple quotes and coordination with contracts team)

* Improvement initiatives in support of other Sales Analytics team


Provide support for Annual and ongoing Territory alignment


General skills should include:

Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the

ability to interact professionally with a diverse group,

executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Serves as the conduit between the sales team and the internal

teams to drive change. Capable of synthesizing issues and

escalating appropriately to resolve.

Be the liaison between the sales team and the internal IT

support and contracts teams.

Skills & Experience:

Proven business analysis skills

Minimum 2 years experience with ******

Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

Excellent attention to detail

Proven technical writing skills

Excellent organizational skills
