Service care solutions are currently working alongside a professional law firm based in Haslingden. They are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal to join their growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst legal experts and progress your career.

This role pays a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 Annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal :

Assisting conveyancers in managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
Maintaining and updating case management systems
Conducting property searches and reviewing the results

About you as a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal:

At least 1 year experience in Conveyancing
Good communication skills written and Verbal
Able to work under pressure
