Our client is seeking a Site Manager (Multi Tenancy building), to manage a large multi-tenancy property. You will be required to create harmonious living environment for all tenants whether they are short or long term.  You will have great people skills to communicate effectively and manage. You must be organised, passionate and prepared to be on-call. For the right person there is an opportunity to live on site rent free (2 or 3 bed apartment). The client will also consider couples living on site together.

CV will show:

Previous experience in similar role – Hotelier, B&B Manager, housing officer, social worker etc.
Strong communication skills
Ability to build relationships
Administration and organisation skills
Cleaning experience
Basic property maintenance skills 
Accepts the role involves on-call responsibilities Mon to Sun
Candidates must hold:

Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check or be willing to undertake a criminal record check
