Position: PPA Teacher
Location: Great Barr B43
Start Date: Jan 2025
Contract: Long-term role until the end of the academic year
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role:

Provide high-quality teaching cover across various year groups, allowing class teachers valuable planning, preparation, and assessment time.
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support a cohesive and inclusive school environment.
Adapt to different classes and teaching styles with confidence and creativity.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will need:

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching across primary year groups or the ability to adapt effectively to different classes.
Strong classroom management skills and a flexible approach to teaching.
Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a passion for providing excellent education.
