Smile Education, on behalf of one of our valued partner schools in Alcester, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in children's education and well-being.

Position Details
Role: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Alcester
Hours: Part-time (half days available)
Start Date: Immediate start or as soon as possible
Contract: OngoingKey Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs.
Assist teachers with general classroom support to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Support small groups or individuals to engage in activities and complete tasks effectively.
Foster a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.
Work closely with teaching staff to tailor support strategies for individual students.Who We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will:

Be compassionate, patient, and proactive.
Have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (desirable but not essential).
Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Hold relevant qualifications or be willing to undertake training (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification).What We Offer
