The Role
As a Commercial Client Handler, you’ll be at the heart of their mission: delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to clients. From advising on policy events to building strong client relationships, you’ll ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Crafting the perfect insurance solutions for a wide range of clients.

* Providing expert advice and securing the best cover at competitive rates.

* Keeping everything running smoothly by managing client data and policy updates.

* Staying vigilant to spot opportunities and mitigate issues.

* Collaborating with insurers, prospects, and internal teams to maximise business growth.

* Proven experience in an insurance Account Handling role.

* Fantastic attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

* A passion for building relationships with clients and colleagues.

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

* Knowledge of Acturis and the broking insurance market is a bonus!
