Project Manager – Office D&B Fitout
Location: Manchester
Salary: £55k - £65k + Car Allowance + Bonus Scheme + Healthcare
Start Date: January 2025

We are partnering with a profitable and growing Manchester-based business that specialises in office Design & Build (D&B) fitouts, to recruit an experienced Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking to take on multiple projects and grow alongside a thriving company.

The Opportunity:

As the Project Manager, you’ll oversee up to a maximum of 4 projects simultaneously, with a combined value of up to £3m, reporting directly to the Managing Director and Commercial Director. The role offers plenty of variety and the chance to shape your future within a business that values ambition and commitment.

What the Client is Looking For:

* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in office D&B fitouts.

* A commercially astute professional or someone willing to enhance their knowledge of the financial aspects of project management.
