Description

Primary teacher or ECT required for primary school in Stroud.

Zen Educate are looking for either a fully qualified primary teacher or a ECT to take on some contract work teaching a year 4 class at a catholic primary school in Stroud. The school will be able to support an ECT with their development as part of this role as required. This post is full time and long term, with marking and planning required.

There is also a possiblity that should the placement work out well, that a permanent post may be offered.

We are looking for someone that is confident in the national curriculum, passionate about shaping minds and eager to take on the challenge of a class in the middle of a academic year.

Requirements

- UK QTS, either fully qualified or a recent ECT

- Experienced in KS2 and able to monitor and track student progress and their attainment levels.

- Good classroom management and able to work within the school behaviour policy.

- Collaboration with other staff members such as teaching assistants, fellow teachers and senior leadership.

- Differentiated lesson plans that all students can access.

- Maintain a positive classroom environment with an element of fun.

- Familiarity in ideals held by catholic schools.

Pay is dependent on experience. This post would be great for an ECT looking to work towards completing their induction period. Get in touch today if this sounds like a placement for you
