Are you looking to expand your skillset in a large Renewables company? If so, our client are looking for an Operations Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Air Source Heat Pumps, leading/managing teams and overseeing installs.

As an Operations Manager you will be integral to each stage of the installation process. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks that include but are not limited to:

* Managing site surveyors, assessing the installation plans proposed to be carried out prior to projects being accepted

* Ensure compliance with health and safety, building regulations, and licence obligations.

* Carry out site surveys, project installation plans, quote generations and commissioning's

* Manage the installation process from start to finish, providing technical guidance where required.

Requirements:

* Qualified Level 3 plumbing and heating

* Unvented Cylinder G3

* Air Source Heat Pump Course

* Managing a team of operatives carrying out multiple installs while overseeing successful completion of on time results
