Description

Our client based in Castle Donington is recruiting for a 7.5T Drivers / HGV3 / Cat C1 to join their home delivery team to deliver beds as part of a 2 man team.

Staffline operating as a recruitment agency for our client recruiting due to growth in business.

This will be a temp to perm / ongoing work. New pass drivers will be considered for this role with relevant category of license and HGV2 drivers that are looking for long term work with guaranteed weekly hours with paye pay.

Your Time at Work
This role involves handball of beds into customer homes, with training and lifting equipment and trollies provided to deliver to the room of the customer. Uniforms are provided and clean, customer facing presentation will be required.

Using PDAs to scan and sign on delivery, all loads are loaded, strapped and secured prior. Securing occasional returned stock would be required but is minimal.

Our Perfect Worker
No more that 6 points for speeding is permitted, no endorsements other that SP30s please.

A standard DBS will be applied for and paid for by Staffline for the clients benefit, no cost to the driver.

Uniform is provided and clean new Iveco delivery vehicles.

Key Information and Benefits
Working hours are Monday to Friday 0600 starts with a typical working week being 45 hours with 8 to 12 shift across the week.

No weekends are required.

Paying £13.96 per hour flat with 28 days holiday per annum.

£40 weekly bonus for 12 weeks commitment
