Experience needed:
Capital cost estimating for process plants, CAPEX & OPEX
Financial modelling
Accurate project estimating not just FEED ( which is generally more indicative costings) as client will make decisions on what projects are sanctioned based on the cost estimates
10 plus years’ experience – demonstrate exp at senior level
If have experience of working in or on overseas projects and advantage
