Job description

HGV Class 2 Driver
Iver near Slough
Emergency water tanker work
Ideal for drivers who want to maximise their earning potential
Night Shifts Only
£19 per hour
4 day on 4 day off Rota
8 hours minimum guaranteed - longer shifts are to be expected.
No ADR or water tanker experience required
Full PPE clothing and mobile phone provided.
Training and Induction provided.
PAYE drivers onlyOne of the UK's largest water recycling companies is seeking enthusiastic and customer focused HGV Class 2 Drivers to help support its wastewater solutions team based in Iver.

The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for pumping up and transporting flood water or excess surface runoff to local water board plants for purification safely and efficiently.

Duties

Operate water tankers in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
Safely pump up and transport waste water to water plants for purification
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.
Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, conduct, and customer service.
Assist with route planning to optimise delivery efficiency.Requirements:

To be considered for the role you must have a flexible nature, be customer friendly and offer the following:

A minimum of 12 months HGV Class 2 driver experience in the UK
Hold a valid UK Driving Licence, CPC and Tachograph Card
Have no more than 6 points on your license with no major endorsements
