Customer Service Advisor

Fairford

£12.14 Per hour

Our fast-growing manufacturing client based in Fairford is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team!

Customer Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:

* Taking inbound and outbound calls

* Dealing with all customer queries

* Booking couriers ready for dispatch from the warehouse

* Data entry

* Ensuring all spreadsheets are updated regularly

* Doing regular stock takes and counts

* Helping within the warehouse at the end of each day to get all orders boxed up

Customer Service Advisor Ideal Candidate:

* Experience within a Customer Service role

* Good telephone skills

* Polite and professional at all times

Customer Service Advisor Working Hours and Benefits:

* Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

* Bonus Scheme

* 23 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays

* 1 Days Charity leave per year
