Blyth
£60k plus bonus

A unique opportunity has become available to join a strong management team as a registered manager for a GOOD rated Nursing home near Blyth.

The home caters for a range of residents & this role involves working alongside a long serving care home team.

This is an exciting opportunity to progress with a highly reputable provider & make a real difference to the residents lives. The ideal candidate will be a strong, experienced home manager, nurse or non nurse qualified with stability on your CV & a vibrant personality.

About the role:

• Hold registration with CQC for the home, circa 60 beds
• Manage all aspects of the elderly home
• Manager recruitment, admissions & training
• Work alongside a senior mgmt. team to ensure the highest levels of care are provided
• Liaise with Key stakeholders & the local community

About you:

• Registered Manager within a Nursing home
• GOOD CQC ratings on most recent inspection
• Lives within the Northumberland area
• NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management or NMC PIN
• Excellent communication skills & a passion for care
