Role: Revit Technician

Location: Scotland

Salary: Up to £38k (Negotiable)

About the Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team, delivering innovative and high-quality projects across multiple sectors, including Aviation, Education, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Residential, and Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 2D layouts and 3D BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
Collaborate on clash detection processes using Navisworks.
Communicate effectively with internal and external project teams.
Produce and coordinate Revit families and models.What We're Looking For:

Demonstrable experience with Revit MEP on projects
A solid understanding of building services coordination and familiarity with standards like BS 1992, PAS 1192, and BS8541.
Knowledge of additional software like AutoCAD MEP, CADDuct/FabMEP, or Solibri is a plus.
Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate across disciplines.
