Are you Sub Agent looking for the opportunity to work with one of the UK’s leading civil engineering contractors? James Gray Recruitment is actively looking for a Sub Agent on behalf of one of our key civil engineering clients based in Glasgow.

Our client:

• A UK leading civil engineering contractor know for their delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Collaborate with the site team to resolve technical challenges and maintain smooth project progression.

• Prepare and review project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports.

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.

What you will need to be successful:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the civil engineering or construction sector.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• A proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is desirable.
