Description

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable, people orientated, national construction business. This is a brand new role based in the North East, covering the Tees Valley area and has been created due to business growth.

The Customer Relations Manager will have a strong customer focused approach and the ability to solve problems, negotiate and deliver exemplary communication skills to fulfill the role. You will have strong self-management, administrative skills and be proactive in supporting customers and offering solutions for customer queries.

You must have a strong background working in a customer focused environment and delivering high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities will include;

- To drive and establish an excellent customer journey and after sales experience for our customers
- Build strong relationships with our customers both internal and external promoting open and honest communications
- To drive customer loyalty and generate new business through recommendations
- Provide support to your allocated areas offices
- Update customers and manage expectations
- Work with internal teams to deliver quality above all else
- Ensure all issues are addressed in accordance with legal and companywide requirements within set timescales
- Plan and manage the work ensuring all materials and labour required is available prior to a Technician attending and labour required is available prior to starting works
- Complete quality inspections of plots with a pass or fail
- Produce all relevant documentation relating to Customer Care and update all systems ensuing accuracy and time efficiency
- Report on trends across the business highlighting any issues to ensure timeframes are not effected

Requirements:

- Full UK driving licence essential
- Experience working within a high volume construction role is desirable.
- Experience working within a customer service role is essential
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience using COINS is desirable
- Customer focused and able to work in a dedicated team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management
