Job Title: Despatch Project Clerk (Nights)

Location: Coalville

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Job type: Temporary.

Sheet feeding is the art of converting bulk raw paper reels into corrugated sheet board which then serves as packaging for a range of industries, including well known e-commerce and supermarket chains.

Job description:

Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for an individual to assist with a project within our despatch/warehouse department. The hours of work will be 9.30pm to 5.30am Monday to Friday.

General duties:

Collecting information from numerous data sources including loading bays, emails, phone calls and teams.
Entering data into the central database/software programme.
Cataloguing data and identifying trends and outliers.
Transferring physical records into database/software.
Retrieving data as requested and building reports.
Maintaining and updating the software as necessary
Contributing to the success of the operation by engaging in continuous improvement initiatives
Skills:

Attention to detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Microsoft excel)
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work quickly and accurately
Good timekeeping
