An award-winning principal contractor, specializing in the design, management, and construction of projects across the public, private, and residential sectors in the South of England, is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team. With a close-knit workforce, low staff turnover, and an impressive project portfolio, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful and growing company.

In this role you will be based in the Letchworth office with one or two days of your week dedicated to site visits primarily around the South-East. Key responsibilities include liaising with buyers, clients, quantity surveyors, and the commercial department to ensure the smooth progression of projects. You will play a pivotal role in driving progress, motivating the site manager to perform at their best, and ensuring effective communication between all parties. Your ability to coordinate efforts on-site and maintain strong client relationships will be critical to the project's success.

To be considered for this role, you must have extensive leadership experience in construction, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and a deep, practical understanding of building and construction processes.
