We are seeking an exceptional Head Teacher to lead our clients thriving SEMH Primary School, catering to 108 pupils with diverse and complex needs.

This school provides a nurturing, supportive environment for children with SEMH needs. They are dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space where each child can reach their full potential, both academically and emotionally. With a committed team of staff and a strong ethos of collaboration, they ensure that every pupil receives tailored support to overcome challenges and thrive in their learning journey.

The Role:

As Head Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and support for all pupils. You will:

* Lead on the strategic vision and direction of the school

* Foster a culture of inclusivity, well-being, and academic achievement

* Manage and support staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment

* Develop and implement individualised strategies for pupils with SEMH needs

* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support the wider school community

The Candidate:

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and compassionate leader with a deep understanding of SEMH education. The ideal candidate will:

* Hold a proven track record in senior leadership within an SEMH or SEND setting

* Have a thorough understanding of the challenges and strategies in supporting pupils with SEMH needs

* Demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills

* Be committed to developing both pupils and staff, inspiring a positive and safe learning environment

* Be resilient, solution-focused, and capable of driving improvement
