Job Advert: Customer Service Advisor - Monday to Friday (No Weekends)

Are you enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor!

About the Role

In this inbound customer service role, you will manage (Apply online only) calls daily, providing excellent support and building rapport with customers by:

Resolving queries over the phone.
Setting up payment plans.
Up-selling products and services.
Creating new customer accounts using Five9 phone system and their management program.

Key Details

Hours: Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. Hours are fixed and cannot be adjusted.
Workwear: Smart/casual attire.
Holiday: No leave permitted during the first three weeks of employment.

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and a professional approach to problem-solving.
Commitment to commuting to and from work, whether by driving or other means, as punctuality is essential.
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
